Service Description

SCOPE OF WORK All the units shall be thoroughly inspected covering the below elements: Flooring Wall Finish Ceiling Electrical Plumbing Doors Windows Dimensions Check Material Check Brand Check Flooring The flooring shall be checked for abnormalities in the following parameters like, Hollowness Color shade variation Cracks, scratches, chipping and other damages Uniformity in grouting Gaps between tiles Offsets or Undulations The slope of the flooring shall be checked to ensure the correct flow during maintenance. Wall Finish The abnormalities in painted wall quality like, visible cracks, color shade variation, undulations in wall surface, paint peeling off, air bubbles, scratches, stains, damages etc. shall be checked. Any dampness in the wall shall be checked by thermal scanning. Ceiling The abnormalities in ceiling quality like, visible cracks, color shade variation in ceiling tiles, undulations in ceiling frame, paint peeling off, air bubbles, scratches, stains, damages etc. shall be checked. Ceiling fixtures like, MEP openings, ventilation, exhaust, ac, Firefighting fixtures etc. shall be verified for their conformity with the approved drawings. Any dampness in the ceiling shall be checked by thermal scanning. Electrical Electrical points shall be verified for their conformity with the approved drawings. Proper earthing done at all electrical points shall be checked. Voltage distribution at random points shall be checked. Leakage current shall be checked at the junction box. Plumbing All plumbing points shall be verified. The functionality of all the plumbing fixtures, sanitaryware & sanitary fixtures installed shall be checked for any cracks, leakages etc. Water pressure at random points shall be checked and reported. Doors The door finish, material and color shall be verified The abnormalities in door quality like, any bends, visible cracks, polishing, color shade variation, sealant application, paint peeling off, air bubbles, scratches, stains, damages etc. Door hardware fixtures quality & functionality for handles, lock, tower bolt, hinges, screws, door stopper etc. shall be checked. Windows The window finish, material and color shall be verified The abnormalities in window quality like, any bends, visible cracks, painting, color shade variation, sealant application, water draining through window rails, paint peeling off, air bubbles, scratches, stains, damages etc. Window hardware fixtures quality & function
